The Future ? It's hard to comprehend the change that has occured
in the last ten years in the dairy industry let alone try and predict the future with factors such as C.A.P reform , E.U enlargement
and stricter environmental and welfare standards being demanded.All things considered though as milk producers we are producing
not only a uniquely wholesome food but also a raw material that finds it's way into most other processed foods.
